In this blog post, you will know the 5 key points for learning when you're going to start online.  As an entry point, I'd like to say that as an every marketer each new project I usually start from the analytic: the market niche, the position and volume, and who & where competitors are around. When I started a home-based business online I also thoroughly analyzed it and tell more about it in my free marketing tips masters-class. 

These 5 essential points below should consider every online marketer because when people don’t take care of these key moments they may make 5 biggest mistakes from the beginning. So, they are:

1)  Find the right mentor when you start online

Sometimes people start from the beginning to do the wrong things to make it as an own startup online. So they go to the needless direction. I mean getting all wrong.

For instance, they can turn to extreme novices. You can see this example by spending 5 minutes at the Worrier Forum or similar. Some newbies seriously trying to build up a real business online out there and sadly getting lots of bad advice from the different types of people - who just promote own affiliate offers and are promising everything you want just you for buying it and they repeat other people tips that can be even not relevant to their offer.

Such ‘advisers’ have the zero status in life. They’re helping nobody and taking advantage of others instead of adding value to people who wants to start online. It’s like the blind leading the blind.

That's why from the very beginning, try to find a mentor, who can help you “shortcut your success” and help you avoid many costly mistakes. It’s very important when you are starting don’t lose yourself in aggressive advertising but track on the advice of someone who you choose as a mentor.

Like learning how to drive a car, a driving instructor needs to ensure the student is on the right track. It’s the same for running or growing a profitable business when you start online. The fastest way to become successful in any business endeavor is to follow the lead of those leaders already achieving the results you desire.

2) Follow the proven system

Not having a system is essentially guesswork and the reason so many fail in this industry when starting online. The system stands for saving yourself time, energy, and money.

The shortest solution to this problem is that you need a proven system.

Where you’re able to open up your laptop every day,  with knowing EXACTLY what is your focus for today. And it's very important for moving forward to get the real results in your online business.

If you’re buying lots of products, hopping back and forth from email to Facebook, for the instant, in some crazed loop, you never implement them.

This may happen because you don’t have a *finite system* or daily ritual to follow, so this leaves them jumping everywhere wasting literally hours upon hours every day…

3) Join a community

When people are getting started online, they discover that it’s real and possible to grow a profitable internet business to earn stable-consistent-job replacing-passive income. 

Unfortunately, others do not always support or believe in them.  It’s hard especially when friends and family are laughing at you. It seems that not many of people around you are able to support you on this journey of online marketing. They don’t believe it’s even possible.

So, new online marketers may start losing their self-belief and their confidence.

A community is glue that provides support and empowers those that are part of the family. Their role is to support and embrace the journey of an entrepreneur. Join with a community that is like minded, have consistent support before and after you join, get yourself held accountable. You will take advantage of the mentoring people are there.

When you are alone trying to start online, you are like an ‘easy fish’ for a different type of people, who may give you wrong advice. They may lead you to the wrong way, which will not lead you to the success of your business.

4) No  needs to be technical or computer genius but...

If you are within the community, you may rely on an opinion of people doing this for a longer time with encouraging results and see other experience, both from the newbie who maybe like you start online recently or successful ‘guru’ online.

There are lots of people that take technical and design skills to build a money-making online business when they are doing online business already.

But, now there are so many done-for-you turnkey websites and ready-made plug & play traffic sources to help people succeed faster.

You might be lucky if you join the team, which provides you easy access to such websites and programs.   Because, none the less, this is fairly difficult and time costing to find good set of working for you programs and sites that will help to your business.

One of the main risks online when you start to pay plenty different services, even though there are other ways to make stuff you want at a less cost. Always think of profitability of your home-based business. 

5) Use the Sales Funnel

It’s a vital to have a high converting sales machine that helps and guides anyone to build an income fast.  To run your online business you need to have a time-tested system with in-demand products, powerful community and proven mentors that do all for the selling.

Obviously, this takes a staff, and a lot of work to do this. And once again, it never stops. That’s why better to be ‘on the board’ and inside all news. The best way is to join a proven system and use verified sales funnel, which exists already. The people, who created new sales funnel, in this continuously changing online market conditions became millionaires, by the way. And it’s very difficult, mostly impossible to do this alone.

So, keep these 5 key points above from starting your business online, try to implement all them and you’ll dominate your home-based business for years to come.
