Today’s topic is Relationship marketing… and this is not about the Relationship between you and your clients. Relationship marketing is one of the most popular ways to promote your business today.
Contrary the popular beliefs Relationship Marketing is not about the personal or authentic relationship between people, and not about just personal connection. It is a marketing strategy, which designed to foster customer loyalty, interaction and long-term engagement with your customers.

The Relationship Marketing Strategy is the place where you can make your willingness to repeat the business and also the willingness from the customer’s side to get a feedback.
Such approach often results in increased word-of-mouth activities, repeat business and a desire from the customer’s part to provide feedback information. Thus, both you and your customer are becoming more interested in the relationship, conducting transaction embedded within this relationship. It invests in social programs to generate the highest returns.
The goal of the Relationship marketing strategy is to increase communications - the amount, the frequency and the quality of the contacts between you and your prospects, clients.
As a result, all activities with your customers and prospect you can divide to the three main components. They are:
Relationship Breath (RB)
Here is the level of your network density, the guarantee, and the bonds of the relationship with your clients and prospects.
This is your guarantee, a level of persuasion of what and how you are doing. It represents the number of relationship guarantee and bond with your partners. It can uncover key information about you, for example, testimonials about your income turnover.
For example, the testimonials about your job, testimonials from your partner, or any proven messages about you and your business or products.
Relationship Quality (RQ)
The Quality of your Relationship marketing strategy mirror a caliber or scope of your activities
It contains the diverse interaction with your customers to create a high satisfying relationship and the overall quality or scope. This is frequency and a value of your activities.

That’s all your activities targeted for the construction good connections with your prospects and clients; your activities to get and repeat the contacts; how often your send a message to them and about the content in each of your messages.
